EndyMed 3DEEP RF is an advanced, non-surgical treatment designed to improve skin laxity and support natural collagen renewal. Delivered at our doctor-led clinic in Northwood, it can help skin look firmer, smoother and more defined over time.
EndyMed 3DEEP RF is a non-surgical skin tightening treatment that uses patented 3DEEP radiofrequency technology. It delivers controlled heat into the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen remodelling to help improve firmness, elasticity and texture over time.
It is designed for patients who want visible skin rejuvenation without surgery, and offers a considered approach to a fresher, more lifted-looking appearance with minimal downtime.
EndyMed may be suitable if you are noticing early signs of ageing, loss of skin firmness, fine lines or reduced definition around the face and jawline, and would prefer a non-surgical approach.

Your first visit starts with a consultation to assess your skin, discuss your goals and check your medical history. If EndyMed is right for you, your course is six weekly sessions. During each session, the applicator is moved over the treatment area and you will feel a gentle, gradual warmth. Most patients can return to their normal routine straight afterwards.
Radiofrequency works by stimulating collagen, which takes time to rebuild. Results develop gradually over the course and in the weeks that follow, and vary from person to person depending on skin quality, age and lifestyle. Your practitioner will advise on maintenance treatments to help sustain your results.

EndyMed’s patented 3DEEP technology uses multiple radiofrequency sources working together, rather than a single energy source. This allows controlled heat to be directed into the deeper layers of the skin while limiting heat at the surface, so no active cooling is needed and treatment is designed to be comfortable.
This gentle thermal stimulation encourages collagen remodelling. As new collagen forms over the following weeks, the skin can gradually become firmer and more elastic.
Because radiofrequency energy does not target skin pigment, EndyMed can be used across a wide range of skin tones, following assessment by your practitioner.
EndyMed 3DEEP technology is CE marked and FDA cleared.

EndyMed may be suitable if you have mild to moderate skin laxity, early signs of ageing or reduced definition around the face and jawline, and would like a non-surgical option with minimal downtime.
The ideal candidate is generally in good health, has no active skin conditions in the treatment area and no known allergies to the treatment materials. Where skin laxity is more advanced, a different treatment or a combination approach may give better results, and your practitioner will talk you through the options, such as UltraClear, Secret RF or collagen stimulation.
EndyMed is not suitable if you:
Your consultation includes a full medical history check to make sure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

After an EndyMed treatment at Skin Medical, some mild redness, warmth or swelling is normal and usually settles quickly. Most patients return to work and their normal routine the same day, avoiding strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Results develop gradually as collagen rebuilds, over the six-week course and in the weeks that follow. Your practitioner may recommend maintenance treatments to help sustain your results, and following the aftercare advice below helps protect your skin and support your recovery.
Side effects after EndyMed are usually mild and temporary. You may notice:

At Skin Medical, we offer a range of advanced options for skin tightening:
Most patients find EndyMed comfortable. You will feel a gradual warming sensation as the applicator moves over the skin. The 3DEEP technology is designed to limit heat at the skin’s surface, so no active cooling is needed. If anything feels too warm, your practitioner can adjust the settings.
EndyMed is offered as a course of six treatments, once a week over six weeks. A course gives collagen time to rebuild between sessions. Your practitioner may recommend maintenance treatments afterwards to help sustain your results.
A course of six EndyMed treatments at Skin Medical costs £1,000. Your consultation will confirm whether EndyMed is the right option for your skin before you begin. You can see all our treatment prices on our pricing page.
There is usually little to no downtime. Some patients notice mild redness, swelling or warmth after treatment, which typically settles quickly. Most people return to work and normal activities the same day, avoiding strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
EndyMed is commonly used on the face, including the cheeks, jawline and around the eyes, where suitable. Your practitioner will discuss which areas would benefit most during your consultation. [confirm whether neck or body areas are offered]
Radiofrequency does not target skin pigment, so EndyMed can be suitable for a wide range of skin tones. As with any treatment, suitability is confirmed during your consultation.
EndyMed is a non-invasive treatment: it heats the deeper layers of the skin from the surface, without needles. Secret RF combines radiofrequency with microneedling, which can suit more textural concerns such as acne scarring but involves a little more downtime. Your practitioner will recommend the best option for your skin.
Yes. EndyMed can form part of a wider skin plan alongside treatments such as skin boosters, injectables or medical-grade skincare. Your practitioner will advise on the right combination and timing for you.
