How Quickly Will I See Results?

Results will develop gradually over a period of weeks. Initial effects can be seen around three weeks, with the full results generally peaking between eight and ten weeks. The effects of jawline slimming treatments can last up to one year. Regular treatments every six months can lead to better and longer-lasting results, as the muscle becomes less active and therefore smaller in size, depending on the individual patient.

Will I Have Problems Chewing My Food?

The primary function of the masseter muscle is for chewing. Most patients do not experience any problems, as only part of the muscle is relaxed. However, some muscle fatigue is possible after chewing for a while. This is temporary and usually disappears within a week.

Does the Procedure Hurt and What is the Recovery Time?

The procedure is practically painless and takes about 10 minutes. You can return to your usual activities straight afterwards, although it is advisable to refrain from exercise for 24 hours after treatment. There is no downtime after the procedure.
